Description
As a Consultant, you'll work within a project team to develop real, meaningful solutions to client challenges. Through primary and secondary research, collaborative discussions, and weekly training sessions, you'll build and apply genuine consultancy skills from day one. You'll contribute to client deliverables, engage in team meetings, and communicate openly with your Senior Consultant and Project Manager throughout. Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and strong teamwork are what we're looking for, no prior experience is required. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference whilst developing skills that will serve you far beyond university.
Responsibilities
- Work between 5 to 8 hours per week.
- Conduct research, data collection and data analysis.
- Contribute to developing recommendations for the client based on primary and secondary research.
- Support the Project Manager in shaping project direction.
- Assist in creating and delivering the Statement of Work (approach, timelines, action plan, scope and risk analysis).
- Contribute to creating and delivering the Final Presentation to present recommendations.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings and maintain responsiveness in communications.
- Attend mandatory weekly 1-2 hour training sessions.
- Attend all scheduled weekly mentor calls and actively participate in conversation.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings as required, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
