External Relations and Marketing

Responsible for reaching out, organising and managing York Community Consulting’s external partnerships, marketing, and public presence.

Human Resources

Responsible for the full employee life cycle, such as: hiring, onboarding, disciplinary’s, training and supporting members throughout their projects.

Management

The Managing Partner(s) of York Community Consulting are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organisation and providing overall leadership.

Projects

Project teams are trained to deliver YCC’s consulting services and solutions to our clients. Roles include: Project Manager, Senior Consultant and Consultant.

Technology

Ensures the YCC website, portal and internal systems are maintained, developed, and improved, and uses data to advise on YCC's strategies.
