We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow YCC’s online presence. This role offers the opportunity to showcase YCC’s work, engage with our audience, and build awareness of our mission across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase YCC’s visibility and engagement.
• - Create, schedule, and manage compelling content (posts, stories, graphics, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• - Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and the success of campaigns, and provide regular performance reports.
• - Work closely with the team to ensure messaging aligns with YCC’s goals and upcoming projects.
• - Stay informed about trends in social media and digital marketing to keep YCC’s content fresh and relevant.
• - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
